They live off your gullibility. Your belief is all that is required. Their schtick is whatever will separate you from your $$$$$$$'s. Their numbers have grown exponentially. The mark of their success is that all Banks, Credit Unions, Merchants, Legal Agents, e.g., FBI and Attorneys Generals' offices, Detectives and Law Officers are so understaffed that they're safety is guaranteed.
